Bio

61 years old, with two university degrees. My main background is in history and archaeology. I taught in schools and colleges for many years. I’ve loved dreams since childhood — and still remember many of them. About five years ago, I began seriously exploring the world of dreams. Lucid dreaming led me to the course of Svetlana Zibnitskaya, where I finally overcame recurring nightmares. At first, I used her method for myself and friends, slowly gaining experience and confidence. This year, I created my own public page. What began without a clear goal has now grown into an educational mission — to help people understand the nature of dreams and unlock their inner potential through them.
